EUcare4.0- Kick Off Meeting, Cergy France, 16/12/2021

The meeting took place in Cergy, France the 16 of December 2021. The meeting was organised as a hybrid meeting with 4 of the partners being physically present in Cergy and 2 joining virtually through Google Meet.

The meeting started with an introduction of the agenda. We got informed that ECAM doesn’t have yet the grant agreement and the annexes for the project. Solenn and Rafik will follow up with more details. The project got approved with a full budget under the Higher Education sector of Erasmus + KA2. Its duration will be 30 months.

We proceeded with the introduction of the consortium. All the partners presented their organisations.

R1: Introducing Health 4.0 to healthcare professionals

Next, UC3M gave an overview of the project result R1: Introducing Health 4.0 to healthcare professionals.

The partners shared the responsibility of creating the R1 chapters as follows:

– Health 4.0 impact on mental health jobs EFCC
– Health 4.0 technologies relevant for the mental health sector ECAM-EPMI
– The future of Health 4.0 in the mental health sector LUDOR
It was also decided that the partners will prepare and upload on AdminProject the structures of their module by February 15th, 2022. The modules’ structures will be checked by all partners and feedback will be given.
Each module will have 10-12 pages.

A quick overview of R2 was given by UC3M and ECAM-EPMI followed by an overview of R3 given by Ludor, OAMGMAMR, SESCAM and UC3M.

The other project activities (Multiplier events, LTTA, Transnational Meetings) were discussion by participants. The next transnational project meetings will be organised by EFCC in Tallinn, Estonia, on July 18th, 2022.

The activity A2: Quality Assurance and Evaluation was presented by UC3M.

The activity A3: Dissemination and A4: Exploitation and Sustainability, including the Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability plan, were presented by Ludor. Ludor asked the partners to add some information to the “Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability plan” available on AdminProject, in the sections 5.1 Partner Specific Dissemination Plans and 6.2 Partner Exploitation Plan (the sub-sections related to each country/organization).

AdminProject tool
The Main Project administration will be through this tool. A demonstration was implemented during the meeting.
